Title: The Tribology of Touch for Human and Robot Fingers
Dr. Hipwell will present her research on the science of touch, exploring the tribological principles that govern tactile interaction in both human and robotic fingers. Her work advances understanding of dexterity and has broad implications for human augmentation, robotics, and human–machine interfaces.
